Refunds & Extensions

Pre-paid memberships, gift vouchers or any payments made in full or part to book appointments cannot be refunded. The validity of gift vouchers and memberships cannot be extended either

Cancellation Policy

The objective of our cancellation policy is to be able to accommodate all our esteemed members and other patrons. When we do not get any information about a cancellation well in advance, we end up wasting that appointment slot and our ability to accommodate everyone who wants to visit also diminishes. Hence, we request our patrons to cancel their appointments well in advance.

Please note our cancellation charges below:

For Members

Any Cancellation within:

  • 4 Hrs of booked appointment - No cancellation fee
  • 2 Hrs of booked appointment – Rs 500
  • 1 Hrs of booked appointment – Rs 1000

For New Customers & Repeats

Any Cancellation within:

  • 4 Hrs of booked appointment – Extension of booking amount paid for a month
  • 2 Hrs of booked appointment – Forfeiture of booking amount
